Catherine Jones has always been a bright blessing whenever I meet with her. A very Knowledgeable, courteous, and enjoyable disposition provides excellent customer satisfaction. I came in due to my business debit card was compromised and had to get a replacement. The transaction was done in a timely manner. I appreciate her level of service every given time.

The Money One Federal Credit Union Team has been very Outstanding over the years and I've been a member since 2002. This credit union has excellent customer service and very aggressive with meeting a customer's financial needs and provide insight with handling financial decisions. One member of the team that has stood out to me over the years has been Mrs. Raquel Sizemore. She is a valuable asset, with excellent customer service, knowledgeable, empathetic and friendly. Mrs. Sizemore has helped me and other customers over the years.

With the branch being more crowded than usual (after holiday rush), Diana had such an upbeat and warm attitude! She did a great job at making my experience personable, professional, and quick despite the wait to be serviced. Great job MoneyOne!

First of all I would like to say I thank God for bringing money one Federal credit Union and Mrs. Sizemore into my life if it had not been for Mrs.Sizemore and her constant and consistent services awesome service 1000% satisfactory services I would not have been able to have done the things that with her help I've been able to do such as purchasing my new home 3 years ago also a new pickup truck as well as a new vehicle my dream vehicle (Cadillac ct6), I'm eternally grateful for money one I told her before, she's more family to me than certain family members especially when it comes to my finances I appreciate all that she's done I appreciate money one again I'm extremely grateful for this company and the services that they have provided to me I'm looking forward to continually doing business and I will be sending you all more customers as a matter of fact my brother(Gregory Brown)is also a member of money One credit Union so again I thank you I appreciate you and I'm grateful for money one credit union and especially Mrs.Sizemore. I pray that you all will keep Mrs. Sizemore and continue to bless her because she's worthy of everything that you all give her and more.. God Bless you All.. Please forgive me I also forgot to mention two other great ladies who's helping and constant great service has been very instrumental in helping me also to complete some of my task that's Brenda Borders and Catherine Jones.Ms. Borders has greatly assisted Mrs. Sizemore in helping me with the purchase of my new. I am so grateful to her as well Ms. Jones has helped me with several accounts balancing my numbers getting me back on track she and I have a history we've known each other for over 40 plus years I can honestly say that she has been a true example of a woman of God a woman all of her life and she is very knowledgeable of money management and helping people such as myself who was not great at this technology in all these new AI information things that are in place she has helped me to completely turn my finances around and look at them differently I can call on her or several the other ladies at any time with any questions or any problems that I may be going through and they have always I mean always come through for me. Once again I am truly truly thankful blessed and grateful to money one and their staff each and everyone who I've ever come in contact with even the lady at the front desk I can't recall her name but everyone there are very pleasant professional individuals who take care of their customers.
