First class customer service at APL Federal Credit Union at the Maple Lawn location. I was greeted warmly upon entering and directed to member services to assit with my car loan. My member services associate Kyarra Howell welcomed me with a smile and was ready to assist me. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Ms. Howell never made me feel rushed even though my application took a little extra time. Kudos to the entire Saturday crew, who waited with Ms. Howell while she completed my loan beyond their closing time. I found the whole process to be easy and efficient. APL Federal Credit Union offers great rates and exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend joining.

Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such top-notch customer service. I’ve been working with Laura Clark since March 2025, and she has been fantastic from day one. The loan approval process was quick and seamless, and she answered every question promptly and kindly. On top of that, APL gave me the best rate by far. I truly couldn’t recommend them more!

We had a phenomenal experience at APL credit union with Kyarra Howell. She was a joy to work with in getting our auto loan application processed and approved. She took her time with explaining all steps and we never felt pressured or rushed. We would definitely recommend this credit union and Kyarra specifically and would certainly look to her if we need another loan in the future. Kudos to her and if anyone is deserving of a bonus, she certainly is :-).

I had an excellent experience working with Kyarra Howell at APL Federal Credit Union. From start to finish her customer service was outstanding. She was patient, professional, and incredibly helpful in getting my auto loan, put together and finalize. Kyarra took the time to explain every step, answered all of my questions, made the whole process, smooth and stress-free. I never felt rushed and I always felt taken care of.
