I would like to thank Miriam S. at Market USA for her assistance via phone with sending the links via email to the Website area's and products I am interested in. She was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. The two links were helpful it made the process easy to understand. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and support. Thank you again, Miriam.

Her name is Molly. She supposedly a manager, very nasty disrespectful not pleasant to speak with I thought after asking for a manager that I would get a little bit more respect out of this company, but no very rude person she should never. A representing any company at all, I was told several times by the representative that the manager Got her on the phone and she had a rude nasty attitude that I’ve never ever had to deal with in my entire life Market USA should check their managers that are representing their company I was simply trying to get a payoff on the vehicle to take care of the entire loan, but was not provided that at all

this bank financed a vehicle without holding a title as collateral. now i am completely screwed. i have a car paid off, no title, and can't register for more than 90 days. This crooked bank want me to put the money up front for a bonded title. Money grows on trees? My mistake? Folks, stay away, this bank is clueless

Don't start with these people. If you have already started, get out while you can! Their checking platform and algorithm is made so that you will incur fees on every occasion they can get away with it. Market USA hides behind their schemes by using the term "Privilege Pay" when you incur those fees, but in reality the term they should use is "Predatory Pay". You don't have to believe me. Continue to keep your money there and you will see for yourself. I took mine out after doing business with them for over 20 years. No thanks; I'm good.

Yep, I concur with the writer, Tish, who left a review on May 1, 2024 regarding the branch manager. She (branch manager) is very obnoxious, rude and unprofessional. She definitely needs to be retrained in the customer service area or be replaced. I personally think she needs to be replaced. She has a nasty attitude for sure. The loan guy is not that nice either, he has terrible listening skills. He likes to talk over you, and when he realizes he was wrong, please do not expect an apology, because you will never get it. I have 3 favorite people there who I love to interact with. Ms. Cheryl, Ms. Gabby, and Ms. Andrea. There customer service is world class. They are very kind, helpful, patient and very professional. When I call there with an issue, I'm always praying that I get one of them on the phone, because only then I know my problem will get the attention it needs, and be solved. I do not like going to the branch at all, and yep you guessed it, because of the manager. I don't want to see her face! She (branch manager) is definitely a product of someone having poor leadership skills. I really hope this review makes it to someone who can deal with her, like upper management, her supervisor or someone. She needs to be spoken to regarding her poor leadership skills.
