There’s a reason why this place is a 2.8 star. Don’t bank with them. They aren’t communicative and they only want to collect money. The collections departmentn needs a clean up bad. They have horrible customer service skills and they aren’t attentive. They aren’t here to help you, they are here to help ruin the credit you have. How can you record phone calls but can’t reference them ? How can someone tell you they accept gap through them but they purposely deny you on their end ? Janky bank. I do not recommend

Once again for the 3rd time this season my wife is unable to use her debit card for online xmas shopping and now again unable to pay bills on line. No access to customer service support or tower talk on weekends. To bad we can't leave 0 stars! Maybe if they checked there reviews a change might happen. Once a 5 star bank the Laurel branch has turned into a revolving door with no leadership. Beware!

To their response: there is no need for me to take more time to call them when I clearly stated what the issue is. Review: Before thinking about moving any accounts over, look at how illogical the security questions are. Whoever decided on them would also think that a great question was, "who was your brother's fiance's ex-boyfriend's neighbor's cousin's cat's nickname?" Might seem secure, but even you won't be able to access your accounts Might copy & paste to all locations to help notify anyone interested

Chris was wonderful to work with and took care of an issue caused at a different location. Being able to work with him and get the best support quickly gave me peace of mind and highly appreciated his support.

End of an Era. Member for 20 years and now I am officially moving on. I signed up for a membership at 16 years old (2 weeks shy of my 17th birthday). It was fine at first. Not anymore. I am disappointed because I always referred people to sign up. I regret that. Tower did not release my paycheck and I had autopay on bills. Got hit with 7 fees. They blamed my payroll. It wasn’t my payroll. I confirmed with them it was Tower’s fault. I have money going into 2 other credit unions and the money was there on time. Tower then blamed the holiday. Then the released my paycheck at 7:52 am. That never happens it’s always around 6 pm. They won’t refund the fees. I said I am done and now my paycheck is going in Navy Federal who assured me I will not be treated how Tower treated me. Plus Navy is open 24/7 unlike Tower you call after hours and it’s shady third party people. Beyond disappointed and hurt.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
