I recently worked with Brandy Dolly to help secure a vehicle loan The SUV was actually located at a dealer in Florida. I would like to note the courteous and professional work done by Brandy to make this happen so smoothly in light of the urgency that we presented to her. She was always quickly available to answer our calls and emails. She also was very knowledgeable regarding loan product offerings. In addition, she communicated efficiently with third parties such as the dealership, etc. to insure the process went smoothly, which it did. I wanted to share these comments because so often in customer service interactions, we encounter folks who are apathetic, lack attention to detail, and are not good listeners. Brandy shined in all these areas. She is an asset to ACT 1st.

Act first federal credit union was so great to us when we refinanced our vehicles! Gave us A wonderful rate which we needed sorely. So friendly and helpful. Stephanie was our loan officer and she was just lovely to us not only treated us like friends but treated us like family. My husband and I both have accounts with act first and we have always been happy with the service the people over there are so nice to us and always so helpful in answering any questions we have. If they didn’t know the answer they would find out for us and then call us and let us now. You can’t go wrong with this credit union.We never plan on going anywhere else!

Amber is the sweetest, most polite, helpful, caring and understanding young person that I have ever meet. We need more young people like her in this world. I would recommend her for any position on any job. She ALWAYS gives a 100% and than some in all she does to help with anything question or situation that you might have.
