I would like to acknowledge the Tellers at your Lex PK location next to Gate 2! Great service deserves great reviews! All the Tellers at this location are professionals, very personable, and go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant transaction. A special Thank You to Liam! He greets me with his infectious smile when you walk in, and ensures you Walk out with a smile! I can forsee this man as future management, don't let him get away! These Tellers (especially Liam) should be rewarded by salary increases, and I believe Liam deserves a positional upgrade as well! Honestly, if my personal finances in terms of direct deposit and autopay were not so entwined with CPFCU, I would probably change banks. The latest issue was that I was issued a check from a state of Maryland 529 plan that my existing balance would entirely cover. Yet they told me there would be a seven business day hold on my check because the funds were not "Local". And for context, I've been a member with them since 1998. So they have plenty of history with me to understand the "risk." Therefore, if history has no bearing on their decision making, and since I rarely using in-person services or even an ATM machine, banking with an impersonal FI or web-bank is probably good enough.

Ms. Ashley, Branch Manager, at the Three Notch near gate 2 to PRNAS, is the leader of a very caring and concerned group of staff. During a recent and very unpleasant issue she was the catalyst in steering me to resolution and providing more detailed information on benefits that no one else had ever bother to share. I felt valued with her care and concern for me, first as a person and then as a customer! This is now my branch for the majority of my in person banking! The mortgage service and loan department are excellent!any great, knowledgeable, and caring people! I am grateful and blessed for the Three Notch branch to be convenient to my daily activities. Of the local branches I have utilized - I recommend them for the first source for services.

Today 5/20/25, I came into the Lexington Park location totally prepared to cancel my credit card account. 💳 Ms. Ashley properly communicated to me the reason for my difficulty in being able electronically view my accurate time regarding my payments. I greatly appreciate the effort.
