Ms. Tia Davis is a super star! She has provided me with the most amazing customer service. She is an active listener and gives great guidance and suggestions. Very solutions oriented and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure I am fully clear in my understanding and satisfied. I have been a FedFin member for several years and I do not regret it. Going local for my financial needs was the best decision I've ever made!! Zero regrets.

I had a wonderful encounter with Tia Davis on 4/25/25. I noticed a charge to my debit card that I did not make. My card was immediately deactivated and I was told it would take 7-10 business days to receive the replacement card. I called my local financial institution and spoke with Tia, who assured me that I would get the replacement card in in 2-3 business days. That was music to my ears as I use that almost daily and not having access for up to 10 days was daunting. This was not my first encounter with Tia and each time I have found her to be professional, knowledgeable and courteous. With all my angst yesterday, it is good to have someone like Tia on the other end of the call. Tia Davis keep up the good work in providing exemplary customer service.
