I had a VERYY uncomfortable experience at this Andrews that made me seriously reconsider banking with yall. I was at the branch getting my account reviewed for potential fraud when the branch manager, Jacque (the manager with glasses), came over and started reprimanding employees right in front of members. It was honestly a hard watch. The way she micromanaged and spoke to them felt very disrespectful and unprofessional, ESPECIALLY in a public setting. Employees should not be treated like that, and customers shouldn’t have to witness it. What made it even more uncomfortable was that after reprimanding the employee, she immediately turned to me and my wife with a completely different attitude, suddenly being overly nice as if the situation we had just witnessed didn’t happen. It made the whole interaction feel very awkward and insincere, and it definitely made both of us and the employee uncomfortable. It was scary to watch her person switch up so quickly. Management behavior sets the tone for the entire branch, and what we saw reflected very poorly on the organization. Your employees aren’t SLAVES, and no manager should treat them like they are. If this is how staff are treated regularly, it’s a serious problem! Bad management is like a bad tooth!!! if you let it fester, it only gets worse. Experiences like this make customers lose confidence in your business. Because of what I witnessed, I’m seriously considering taking my banking elsewhere and reporting this situation to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau due to the hostile and unprofessional environment. I HOPE Andrews Federal Credit Union takes situations like this seriously and addresses how management treats their staff.

A huge thank you to Kerissa Newman in the Suitland Branch! One of the best bankers I've ever came across thus far. Although we just met today and she assisted me with opening my account, she made the experience feel like we've known each other for years. She made sure I was satisfied with the options I chose for my new account which i truly valued because there are some that just would not care what account would be the right fit for you . Now that is what I call great customer service. Her professionalism and positive attitude spoke volumes and made all the difference in my decision to join Andrews. I'm so grateful for her dedication and for the service she provided me. Thanks Kerissa and hope to talk to you soon. 10 star rating for me.

I actually met Britt at another location & chose to come to her branch based on her professionalism. She was very knowledgeable. She’s the reason I made the decision to bank here. Give her a raise ASAP‼️‼️‼️‼️
