I would give this credit union zero stars. This is the worst Credit Union. I had an account with them for years and had the minimum account to have the account opened; however, I moved and submitted a chance of address through the post office. I completely forgot to update the bank with my current address but, this post office was forwarding all my mail. When I did not respond to the mail notification, the bank did not try to reach me about my account. I had my cell phone number for year(same number). Instead they closed my account. I’m not mad about the account being closed. I am mad because I asked where was my $50.00, I had to keep in the account, to keep open. The representative reply, you have $13.00 because you did not answer the letter we sent , so we took $40.00. Who the hell takes money for their customers because they did not respond to a letter for an account in good standing or why would you take $40.00. The bank should have tried to contact me via phone. Why they did not send the final check of $13.00 to the last know address instead, you keep my money. This is not legal and definitely not worth holding in one’s money. Find another credit union.
