Any time I need to choose a place to get operated on, I'd choose St Joe's. Had a laminectomy yesterday (spine operation). EVERYbody I encountered was extremely well-trained, professional and nice, but at the same time full of personality. I was on a very efficient assembly line. I'd like to know how they do that. I'm sure much of the credit goes to UMM. Plus there's a crucifix in every room!

If I can give 0 stars I would. They closed my account with out informing me. I emailed them in 2018 about address change. They never responded. October 2019 they closed my account without notice. The woman is rude and unhelpful. I wanted to keep the account. Your not open most days or rarely answer messages. There's always something they can do they choose not to.
