Slowest service I've ever seen from a banking institution. Will not update on any process in a timely manor. Use antiquated methods as if you’re visiting a bank from the early 2000s. Take half a week to process credits to your account and give you no updates other than “we’ll call you back.” Good luck on that being within the same day. Decent loan rates and some of the poorest customer service I've had. Rarely have bankers available to talk to regarding the process and instead have call center personnel who seem overwhelmed and unable to answer basic questions like how long a process takes giving off the attitude that they will get to it when they get to it.

Requiring non members to use the drive thru is literally psychotic seeing as though the teller services move so incredibly slow. There is no sense at all in this when the line is wrapped around the building. Even with an oversized trailer I was required to go through the drive thru. Jose’s customer service was terrible and very unprofessional as the receptionist. Hoping to see a change in this banking experience that will help allow for a more pleasant experience.

The employees at the drive thru need customer service training. A good morning goes a LONG way!! You don't know what kind of night or morning someone has had. ⁰They need secret testers.. they would have FAILED THIS MORNING!

Our experience with the wire transfer process was unfortunately quite stressful. We were scheduled to close on our home at 12:30 PM and had prepared everything well in advance. However, the young lady handling our transfer used the wrong account information, even though we had confirmed the correct details with her and the title company just the day before. This wasn’t just a small hiccup—it gave us real jitters, making us worry we wouldn’t get our keys on time. The account manager tried to call it a “glitch,” but it felt more like a human error—one that could have been easily avoided. Frankly, it almost felt to us like there was something suspicious going on, and no customer should have to endure that kind of anxiety when making such a major financial transaction. In short, it was a horrible experience for us, and I sincerely hope the credit union improves their process so that no other customer has to go through this.

Came in this morning to deposit my check as a member of another credit union. The teller told me that my account was not poppping up in their system which was a lie. I’ve gone to this bank several times to deposit my checks and never had anyone tell me this. I gave her the correct id and even called my bank to ensure I wasn’t tripping. She need better training because it was a major inconvenience
