This credit union truly stands out for its exceptional customer service. Every staff member I have interacted with has been courteous patient and extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure members understand their options and feel confident and their financial decisions. It’s refreshing to work with an institution where you feel valued and not just like an account number. I highly recommend them.

Stay far away from this bank. Sadly, they used to be a bank that cared about their members, but recently everything has changed. They are rarely open, and requested call backs take many days. They locked me out of my online account for almost a week with no oncall support or any means to access the account. Lisa “the president” called me to rudely attack me and say that I spoke with 3 staff when I only asked for a call back from the branch manager regarding their decision due to an error on my companies side. They consistently mess up and don’t actually know what they are doing. All this to say, there are plenty of better credit unions in the area, so just beware.
