This bank is horrible I've been a member since 1990 back when it was Balfour credit union. They called me to tell me that my account has in the negative that I need to make it positive. Well they can't see that I have not used it in almost 5 months that's one thing the other thing is I get charged for using my account like monthly fees and have to go to sum ATMs. The funny thing is as a member I should be able to get a personal loan with no problem not at this bank. The customer service is horrible they have attitude twords there customers. It's sad to say I will be closing the accounts for good. Oh yeah they don't even let you have just a savings account and that's how I started at this bank. My mother opened this account for me when she worked at belfour and now after 36 years I will be leaving because of the fees and not being able to get any loan with them when there was money in the account really sad how you get treated at this bank it's horrible.

New to the area and I stopped in to buy a roll of quarters. Was told that they only do that for customers with accounts. Not a great way to incentivize me to open a local bank account. So I walked down the road to Bristol County savings and they were happy to sell me a roll of quarters, and pleased to say that I will be opening my new account at that branch.

I have banked here for years. I stayed despite them putting deposits into the wrong bank accounts, many times. I stayed despite lack of quality leadership because the bank tellers where friendly and we could fix all the mistakes made, but today the leadership over stepped. My bank account was hacked, the first time it happened I found out while trying to pay for dinner. This time I found out while trying to pay for groceries. No phone call to explain or attempts to warn just shut it off and decline your purchases. When I called, the management hung up like a two year old after throwing a temper tantrum, I cannot wait to remove my business from this location, and I suggest u all follow suit

Just refinanced my vehicle at GFCU and the process was fabulous. Applied for the loan using the online application, emailed needed documents and signed all documents using ESign. Very fast and efficient and a great interest rate. Took less than a day. If you’re looking to refinance your vehicle, check out the GoldmarkFCU website. Great experience.

I got an account with this fcu when I lived in Massachusetts. I really liked them and kept using them after I moved. The issue is when you have an issue they aren't willing to work with you. My card/account info was lifted recently and I was charged around 120 in overdraft fees since the fraudulent charges didn't go through. I called and they gave me a new card since my old one was canceled however they won't refund any of the overdraft fees even though the charges were proven fraudulent
