Opened my first account with this institution in nineteen ninety nine, when it was actually a credit union. My immediate family has held up to 15 total accounts along with mortgages, car and personal loans all in good standing. My debit card was scammed at either MB or local gas station and I was treated terribly by the manager of the East Boston branch. Even though they are federally insured for that money, I not only didn't get it all back I was Hit with overdraft fees numerous times for every transaction. Some of it was cleared up a lot of it not. I don't want to make this too long to read Just know, they have 0 respect for a customer Holding end account. That was 24 years old of the time and never bounced a check. How do you think they're going to treat someone walking through the door? To clarify, this wasn't my only issue banking there, just the latest.

This credit union only has a couple of locations I had to come down to the E. Boston branch on a Sunday to withdraw money from my savings account only to find the atm is out of service. I think I'll be transferring to a more local bank with several locations

They claim to be a customer friendly bank. They are only friendly when they are taking your money. They charge for every little thing. Its almost impossible to do a wire transfer. The online service is one of the worst possible and must have been designed 15 years ago. I am so disappointed for the lack of concern for long term customer and I cant wait to be away from First Priority Credit Union.

Been a customer for over 40 years (too lazy to change my mortgage ) and have never seen it this bad . I called 6 times over 2 days and received no call backs after leaving messages. How lazy can you be to not answer your phones or return messages . Stay away !! Go to a real bank.
