I have been a member of this credit union for 35 years and to say that I am disappointed in its lending trend will be an understatement. Please explain to me why I would continue to have my money deposited into your credit union so you can invest it for your benefit while denying me access to utilize any of that same funding. In 35 years i have never failed to payoff any loan to Chicopee credit union or when it became Polish national credit union. I am sad to say it is time that we part ways and I will encourage everyone to check out Umass credit union. It is what a credit union used to be. Not a credit union acting like a bank. Anyone that is allowing this credit union to use your funds while they are refusing your loans ( especially car loans) needs to reevaluate exactly what are the benefits your are receiving from this credit union

Worst banking experience of my life! If you want to be lied to numerous times when opening an account. This is the credit union for you!. I would be disgusted to deal with customers the way you guys do and get away with it.. my best advice for others bank elsewhere.

My girlfriend and I, called the mortgage broker Maribale Torres to get a loan for a house, by far the worst experience I have ever received! She was rude and condescending like she knew it all but all she did was fill in the blanks with an attitude! I will get my loan, but not with this bank! It’s too bad premier source credit union is merging with them, we were sent to talk to her since they cant do home loans even though their website has this elaborate section on it! Marible wasn’t helpful and rushed it through with no type of advice! We will be closing that account, at premiere source! This apology is bogus as you also put my business out there! You people have a lot of issues! The mail you guys sent me was lies! All the boxes you guys checked off wasn’t accurate! I got my Morgage, already! I guess it was my name that got flagged! I will be getting lawyers involved!

So happy we switched over to PNCU Martha and Betzy are so enjoyable to work with and the entire Front Street line is great. Great rates and they really exceed exceed expectations for customer service and knowledge of the products I was looking for.
