This credit union use to be the place to go where you felt at home as they had great rates, great services. Today this credit union is a shadow of itself! They have adapted the big bank philosophy, charge you for every possible service they provide. They charge outrageous fees for everything, and pay out little to no interest on their accounts. After 23 years relationship, I decided to close my accounts and open new account at a more customer friendly credit union. Once a neighborhood jam, now a wolf in sheepskin

Reached to inquire on a loan. Was told I’d be given a call back within 24 hours. Didn’t hear back for 6 days until I reached back out twice. Finally spoke to Tim who couldn’t stop mentioning he was the VP- wouldn’t give me the time of day. I guess this is why all trust will stay with 3 branches and poor YoY growth because they don’t want the business.

Been a member here since 1968. Always great service. Have numerous mortgages, car loans, and personal loans. All serviced with no problem. Have a number of my kids with accounts here. Now since they decided because of old software that required them to some paperwork functions to upgrade to according to them a new and better and state of the art software. Well, some of it looks better however it does not support Quicken. Called a few times and finally talked to the Marketing Manager. Was told they are working on it. Was supposed to call me back with an update, that was a month ago. No update as of now. I have a problem because the newest and latest software banking system does not support Quicken. Have heard in the branch offices it is going to be a year before they fix this. So basically, they updated to the new software to reduce paperwork and now tell their customers with Quicken you can now do the paperwork to track your accounts. Unbelievable in this electronic digital world this cannot be fixed for their customers

Terrible service since alltrust took over the credit union. There is no more care or concern for the community and the members of the credit union. The only reason I originally was part of this unit credit union was because the of great personal experiences and great customer service. Today they refused service because I showed up at 4, I understand the policy of closing at four but at least the old credit union care about their customers and their lives but now they only care about money and nothing else. Will be closing my accounts soon
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
