This bank is awful and I would stay away. I’m a disability and don’t leave the house often so I don’t really use my debit card too much. I didn’t realize my account was overdrawn 2.43$ for 4 days leading to 140$ overdraft fee. I called and asked if they could just meet me halfway and lower the amount. The guy on the phone seemed proud of himself that he wasn’t budging and started raising his voice at me telling me he wasn’t gonna do anything about it. Their app is always messed up too and the customer service is a joke. Back to Bank of America

They said they did not get our mortgage check in the mail and asked for a replacement check..we had to send it registered mail to make sure they got it and then low and behold, they cashed both the replacement on the one they said they never got. Calling Sen. Warren’s office today. This is the second time this has happened to us.

I have been a member of FRMCU for over 30 years. The customer service provided and friendliness of their staff is outstanding! I'm very pleased that they offer no fee checking and savings accounts and competive loan rates. I highly recommend FRMCU!

I have been with this bank for 6 years and I will say it has to be the worst for customer service! Either no one answers the phones or you get transferred to this one or that one because no one can do there job. Always a run around. When I first opened my accounts with this bank they had a branch in Swansea which was way closer to me and that didn't last to long where it is no longer in Swansea. Also the ATM's are always down and there are always problems with there app and other services.

Don’t expect this branch or the other to ever answer the phone
