Karen Skinner has been very helpful! She reached out to let me know that my accounts were opened successfully and answered all of my questions. This was an awesome experience that helped me feel valued as a new member!

Love St. Anne's, especially the Oliver Street Fall River branch. The girls are always helpful and pleasant. Their mobile banking is great, very simple and user-friendly. If you want a bank you can trust, St. Anne's is the way to go.

I’m debating on my rating but the app is always bugging, the bank never answers , I spoke to a girl yesterday about unlocking my card cause they restricted by accident and I’m having the same problem because she didn’t do it!!

This bank is very helpful and caring about your finances, I absolutely love how they know my name as soon as they see me or my partner sometimes I go to the bank on lunch break and often forget to bring my id or debit card ALL THE TIME TELLERS know me so I’m able to do my transactions anyway
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
