I miss the old staff so much. Lisa was amazing and she was always there to fix the issues that the new employees would ALWAYS give me. Something as simple as scheduled transfers they managed to mess up and I was late on payments until Lisa fixed everything for me! When I lost my card I requested a new one and they never sent one until Lisa called me and told me to come pick it up she’ll have it ready same day. Now there is no one there that even picks up the phone I’ve been trying all day. If you want a credit union bank this place was amazing years ago but now please just take your business to DCU or Middlesex savings for better customer service. I grew up with this bank it’s so disheartening seeing it go down.

Extremely unprofessional. Not a member. O was a member for years and i closed the account due to not working in Framingham anymore. I called to ask for a letter stating I closed the account or the last statement and the guy with an accent that answered the phone was the rudest person, and he said “well you are not a member anymore” like because of that reason he can mistreat me and I asked him to give me somebody that can help me and he passed me to another guy, which they don’t disclose their names so they can be rude and mistreat you over the phone, and I asked him if he could send me the last statement and he was so rude as well, put me on hold without letting me know and then came back and asked “what’s the address?” And he said I am sending it! I really don’t know what happened with this Credit Union because before the employees were the best and sweet people in earth and now is the worse place to go! Beware and don’t waste your time opening an account in this credit union.

I've always felt like I was part of the family at the credit union. I have been a member since I was 18 years old, I will be 46 this year. I will never go to another bank. Low interest rates, great customer service. I'm staying.

I absolutely love this bank:) I've been a member since January of 2014.and have never had any problems, there so welcoming and Lisa is personally my favorite teller! I've stuck with this bank since last year and don't plan on changing it!!

This place could be 10 time better they are shooting their self in the book i am not happy or satisfied at all i been with you guys for years the costumer service is just atrocious
