I love Franklin First. I have two loans there. Working with them has been very easy. The staff is super personable, and very responsive. They take great care of customers, from whoever answers the phone to the loan officers--you really feel like you're talking to lovely fellow human beings who care.

I have been a customer since 2008. I find the tellers helpful and pleasant. The other staff for opening accounts and other tasks are very responsive. I prefer to do my banking in person, though I do use the online banking for paying bills.

I've been a member at Franklin First for a few months now and up till now, all my experiences have been warm and humbling. Great team and definitely a credit union I would recommend to anyone. Especially now that they're helping me build up my credit when no other banks/credit unions would. I hope to stay a member for many years to come. Thank you.

I switched to Franklin First FCU from Bank of America and couldn't be happier. The high-yield checking account, ATM reimbursements, and friendly & helpful customer service are all a very welcome change from my previous banking experience.
