I had an incredible experience working with Austin Picard at UMassFive. As a student, I was finding the auto loan process really overwhelming and had been searching everywhere for a lender that would actually work with my situation. Austin made everything completely seamless. He was extremely patient, helped me run quotes on several different vehicles, and provided clear, honest advice that helped me understand the best move for my financial future. If you're looking for a loan officer who actually cares about your goals and makes a complex process feel easy, go see Austin!

I appreciate how I was seen quickly and the communication between a representative who called me back on the phone AND the representative that was taking care of me in person in the actual office was clear and considerate. They both were patient and reassuring as we tried to resolve the mystery of why several of my UMass Five debit cards had been denied recently. I’ve left feeling well taken care of.

When I moved to KS I reopened my account with UMASS 5 College Union. As usual I was rewarded with excellent care. They helped me open the account and add a second person to my account. They are always so helpful and friendly. I’m glad they won best Credit Union because they deserve it. I LOVE being able to talk to a person who has English as a first language.

Hi It too 3 phone calls to get me into my account just because my home phone number was different. You had the option to get a voice mail to my home phone for verification, but never got a verification. Ridiculous to ask me if I purchased a car 1994 -97 - the Experian generated question -- that was nearly 30 years ago! I do appreciate the help, but the website should be able to handle a phone number change, or at least the first phone call to you.

To Whom It May Concern— I would like to offer particular praise regarding Alicia Grout, with whom my wife and I met this Saturday morning, Along with her social graces, she is amply knowledgeable about helping us set up our online banking, and intimate with the special advantages available on the new website. With her help, we were able to customized our account according to our particular needs. She is a wonderful resource. Sincerely, Brad Crenshaw & Deborah Gorlin
