Hi, Upon opening an account with Bright Bridge Credit Union, I was introduced by Heda and Cristal. These women did an incredible work. They worked tirelessly to get me accepted for opening a savings and a safety deposit box account with their company esp. Nelida in customer relations. And they even figured out that a recent issue with a different account, was just about to prevent me from opening a new account, had been paid for it in full. Except Metro Credit Union didn't overwrite that paid account, hadn't been for the careful oversight by Cristal. And Heda made sure she made the proper corrections. They really work as a collaborative team; unlike the other bank didn't do in the North Andover branch, but the Lawrence branch, were just incredible. And I must say I was inspired to give them all my 5 star reviews, because I do believe they deserve it. And Heda was very diligent in her work, while Cristal was the one who explained things and really looked into what was going on with my account before I was able to open my account. Which I did, and everything just went very smoothly. Arismendy, Nelinda, Heda and Cristal. I am happy to bank with you. You ladies rocked today!

The lady ran my credit, did a hard inquiry, and then told me she couldn't provide me my consumer report. Now I have to dispute them and demand their removal under the FCRA. I wouldn't suggest this branch or bank. Rockland Trust would be a more stable option.

They basically refused to provide my personal consumer information, which they are legally obliged to provide. Something fishy with this specific branch. Stay away.

Not Convienent. can't transfer between checking and savings outside of business hours. If you transfer to another bank can't be same day. limit on how much you can withdraw a day. fee's on atms. only perk is you can receive your check a day earlier. I'll be switching my bank to another institution. should also note this bank has changed ownership/names twice in the past 2 years

Recently. I experienced a fraudulent charge using my debit card. As with all theft related issues, felt exposed and open to more than just the small charges taken. MVFCU fraud center was able to identify and cancel my card and Diane at the local branch helped me with re-issuing a new debit card and walking through my process of frustration. She was very knowledgeable and even reached out to another Dept to verify information. Thank you for continued valuable customer support.
