Where I choose to business. Always a great experience. Checking savings loans all in one place. Started with a loan approved for my Chevy Truck. I was so impressed I transferred all my accounts to St. Jeans.

As someone who has been banking with them for years due to low loan rates, St.Jeans is a headache to deal with. I wish I could say it was just due to 1 person but the Lynn and Salem locations can be a headache. I have gone to get a new card before vacation only to find out that they gave me a card for the wrong account thus being locked out of my funds in another state while also being told that the card I asked for will be mailed to me (half the time it never arrives). While many of the tellers are helpful and friendly, I have had issues numerous times with a teller in lynn who is rude half the time depositing money in the wrong account so I get stuck with a $5 transfer fee, if it was even put in an account I can access online and not my spouse's instead. Some people are helpful but overall I am grately dissatisfied with my 6 years of banking with St. Jeans. Banking should not be this stressful but here we are.

I just got back from seeing the folks at St. Jean's and I found them both fiscally responsible and very much good neighbors who helped me during a difficult time. Exactly what I want in a bank or credit union!

Both the Lynn and Salem office desperately need to work on their customer service, and the malfunctioning answering machine. I called the Salem office and tried to reach the Lending Dept. NO ANSWER. Pressed zero for the operator, I got disconnected. Tried to call again and reach the operator directly, NO ANSWER, got disconnected. Gave up with Salem, tried to call the Lynn office, the automated answering machine has no option for the Lending Dept. so tried to reach the operator, again NO ANSWERS. Called back, this time selected "Member Services", yep, you guessed it, NO ANSWER. This "Bank" is a complete joke.
