When I first opened my account for my business with this bank I would have given a higher star rating... but 4 years later here we are and I have never been more upset with a bank, and I have been upset with BofA and TDbank, but this takes the cake. For some reason my funds are never available when I need them to be, it's almost like they know and purposely hold them so I go negative and get fined, eventhough the funds are TECHNICALLY in my account, I can see them. The worst is when the IRS has to take their payment and they haven't been released and then I get feed from THEM! Let's not even get into the fact that when I give my rent to my landlord and I know for a fact the funds will be there, I get a text from her saying I don't have enough money to cover the check, but when I log in, it's sitting there.... extremely embarrassing I have been with DCU for 10+ years and have never ever experienced anything like this. I will never refer this Credit Union to anyone

I haven't dealt with this branch but I had my truck financed through them almost 2 years ago and got a great rate. Then about 6 months later I got a pre-approved credit card from them without applying. It has a $6,000 line with 0% interest for 22 months double cash rewards and more. I had 2 problem's in that time once I tried to send $ to pay loan payment and it ended up on my credit card and the other time I mailed the loan payment and the check didn't show up for 3 weeks. I paid online when I saw it was 4 days overdue and then when The check showed up and it processed and I had now made two payments in one month which I couldn't afford. Both times when I called the credit union whoever answered the phone helped me address the situation the last time the woman was nice enough to cancel the older payment that I had made online in order to get me my money back quicker and the first time I don't remember how they handled it but it was very simple for me to deal with it I just had to call and explain my situation and they helped me get my money back. I don't bank with them I do have the savings account with the $10 I put in in order to get the loan but I had never even heard of them they don't have any branches near me if they did I would happily deal with them and hopefully when I trade in my truck I will be able to get another loan through them

Very difficult to make car payments.. my credit is suffering as a result..try to pay by phone , won't take payment unless it's late, so pay it online and find out a month later that it never went through and I had no idea until I get a collection call. This has happened several times. The confirmation email means nothing .

Was in drive thru today and had a little laugh with Kristine. She is always there waiting with a warm welcome. Thank you for the laugh in which was needed and thank you for your patience. I know how some banks make you feel like your just a # or they make you feel like they are too high strung for your petty $ and snooty but at St. Mary's Credit Union You feel more like family. THANK YOU

Saint Mary seem to do some sketchy things with money while it’s moving. I’ve deposited checks and had direct deposit that will take over a week AFTER being listed as posted for funds to show up. And no one can ever give a valid explanation. DCU is right next door doesn’t have thing problem
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
