I needed a cashier's check for my first month's rent payment and Octavia was able to help me understand if I was eligible to get a cashier's check at the Members Plus because my original credit union is a part of the Co-op shared bank program and with my bank I would be able to get a cashier's check at their location. I arrived at the location and Octavia was nice and ready to help me with the understanding what I needed to fill out and confirming with me multiple times the amount I needed was correct. This was my first time attaining a cashiers check and she was a real help throughout this process.

I have used Membersplus Medford for 35 years and have always had a very helpful and pleasant experience no matter how simple or complex the issue or transaction. A special thank to Penny who is predominantly the person answering the main number and is a very capable and functional front line person.

Fix the DIGITAL CLOCK, how is it so difficult when there’s multiple bus stops in front. Would be one thing having it a hour off, but 35/40 mins?? That can really screw someone over, especially with elderly housing being down the street they may not have a cell phone/ access to the PROPER time. Public clocks are important, even in 2025, and this bank neglects the community.

Rude and condescending! I hadn't been to this bank in years because of previous bad treatment. Today, a young man stalled before waiting on me. He was the only clerk at the window. I had a credit card check for a tiny amount of money. Unfortunately, I had taped the numbers on the bottom of the check, as it tore when opening it. He said nothing to me and walked into the office of another worker. Was concerned that the check would not scan. It did scan. Now he had my account open on his computer, with a picture of me on the account, my driver's license, my current one. He said it was on the computer but told me he needed identification! The same license that I already had out and was led to believe he didn't need it. It was a check for $1.55, and I have enough money between my accounts to buy a piece of property! I asked him was he worried my account would not cover the check! I usually go to Everett as I have banked there for years. I only went here today because I had an appointment nearby! I have avoided this bank for YEARS AS I AM ALWAYS DISRESPECTED HERE! I also spent so much time here over this nonsense, it would have taken less time to apply for a mortgage. I wish the Everett Credit Union had not merged with Members Plus Credit Union! Thankfully, the Everett group treats me with respect! Good try at explaining your rude employees! The young man at the window went WAY BEYOND safeguarding my account! Every word and movement of your employee was exuberant of disrespect! Like I said, I've been to this bank on a few occasions. Rudeness every time! I see other patrons of your bank had a similar experience! Don't tell me it was for my own good! I wasn't born yesterday! I have done many transactions in Everett and deposited many, many checks! Never had a problem! Cashed many a check, I guarantee you, a whole lot more than a mere $1.55! I could have accepted about the tape. I'm the one who tore the check! It was the rest of the interaction that prompted my review!

I have used this bank for many services as a shared branch of my own credit union including as a notary, to withdraw and deposit cash and get a money order and each time they are kind, friendly, helpful, and patient.
