Horrible Horrible Horrible. Everytime I've gone to the drive through for my family member, its a project. Typical easy cashing of a check takes 3 days to cash. ZERO people inside, ZERO people in the drive through while im there. Then a mgr comes out acting like a tough guy telling me they're busy, I've never seen a bank w/ZERO people inside be so busy.

My dad's credit union changed to south coast. Big mistake!! They are terrible. He's having issues with his direct deposit and car payment. They keep passing the buck and have not helped him with these issues! He is 80 years old and doesn't need the stress. Something needs to change with this credit union!!!

My husband and I had the most amazing experience when working with Ken as we sold our home and purchased a new home. The ease of this stressful process was amazing. Ken worked hard to make sure we were in the loop every step of the way and made the closing seamless. We are very grateful!

Only gave them a one-star because I had to give a star to leave. They have recently took over the bank that I had for many many years absolutely loved my bank this bank is not about their customers or their clients they're all about themselves you get frauded and they are not on your side they don't try to help you figure it out whatsoever you pretty much get told that you're not getting your money. I filled out a police report filed fraud claim with them with the ATM that it happened on I tried getting video surveillance all this stuff that I shouldn't have had to go through cuz I filled out the police report and I still am not receiving my money back. And their employees do not know how to do their job when I first filled out the fraud claim they had me fill out the wrong paper so after I'm fighting for this since July 9th today I was told that I'm not receiving any of my money back. I would go to any other bank but this Bank and I was also messaging with one of the employees through the online portal and they just stopped answering and ignoring me.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
