I’ve had mixed experiences with GFCU in the past, but today was a great one. Matt Foley went above and beyond to help me, and he made the whole visit a pleasure. Experiences like this are why I enjoy banking with GFCU.

Every time I go through the drive-thru at this location, I request that no specific information is shouted out and this is known. The same dude and unprofessional employee was one again at the window. I wrote down specifically what I wanted and she continues to shout all of my personal business otitis outloud for anyone to hear. And she doesn't seen to understand what someone means by "the full amount" because she will still shout out my specific business. Once you ask employees here to redirect your privacy, they continue to treat you very unprofessionaly and spiteful. This time it was Megan. This bank does not respect people or their privacy.

I asked your staff 6 times over the course of 45 days for a lein release or a new title.Following up with questions on your policy on this process so im aware of being patient.I was very respectful and understanding.Every call ends with someone will get back to you.All calls were documented and now I will report this bank to the CFPB,NYS DMV as well as 2 letters to corporate offices. In addition news and media will be notified of your habitual habits of ignoring clients for this same reason.I told your staff the next call I make is to my attorney.

Waiting an hour to get an new debit card. Unbelievably slow, every employee moves with speed that makes the DMV look speedy.

Worst bank to get a loan with. I will never do business with this bank again. Customer service is awful. App and website are both awful. Get locked out of accounts all the time for no reason.
