I was a decade long customer. I had all my money direct deposit. The people who have come and gone I truly miss but they always seem to get even better people to fill the absence of one who has left. Then in comes Chastity. I will say this about her. I am no longer thier after a decade of amazing service. She is hired and I left is all I am going to say. I will miss MyCom.

A wonderful place to do your banking. Great for city employees. Every single person working there is professional nice and understanding. They were our family bank for years ever since my father started working for the city and now many many years later I'm still benefiting from their service.

Ive been with this bank for ten years. Ive loved it, but not anymore. I avoid going at all cost. Since the city redid the parking lot, now there is only three, yes THREE bank parking spots, and they are almost always taken...probably not even by bank customers. I went here a few weeks ago, and there was nowhere to park. I parked in a metered spot and ran in. No exaggeration, i was back in my drivers seat leaving in one minute. Well, I got a ticket. They didnt even leave it on my truck, i just got the surprise in the mail. Not to worry though, I paid my ticket with a bucket of coins. The cashier at city hall loved me for that!! This situation is making me consider switching banks.

Chastity/Chasity/Casity/ whoever she is - Horribly rude, poor communication, makes you feels stupid, uncompassionate, the worst customer service person I have dealt with in Berkshire County. When I asked to speak to someone else, she said NO ONE was available but when I called back in 5 minutes there was a manager that answered... so she is a liar as well.

I filed for a car loan online and was approved for the loan quickly. The rate was the lowest available! Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and communicated very clearly. Sarah in the loan office was fantastic. She handled the whole process; it took me about 20 minutes total! Do try out MyCom.
