My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Allison while opening our second account, and she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly—exactly the kind of person you hope to meet when handling something important like banking. Allison took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free.

I have had my mortgage for 2 years and have dealt with 5 errors by them. My taxes have been late twice but the Bank escrows. Last month, I received a large RE tax bill with interest. Called the town and they never received the Q2 payment. According to my escrow statement it was deducted on 10/10/25 Called the Bank, they acknowledged that they deducted it and cut a check but didn't mail it. They would overnight it that day. Told them I am not paying the interest that they are. Got my statement this week they deducted an additional $32 from my account. I called they told me someone would get back to me 3 days ago. No response. I have been employed in banking over 40 years and never saw such a mess.

I was looking to get preapproved for a mortgage to see what my husband and I could afford so we started speaking with Michele Garber. At first things seemed to be going good but then it took a turn. She seemed to not understand what I was looking for and would not listen to me. She kept talking over me. This put a bad taste in my mouth and we have decided to go to a different bank. My husband has his checking out here and I have my car loan here. I really liked this bank up until now.

I was recently cyber scammed after filing for a loan online from a legit lender, even according to the bank manager, and all my information was rerouted to online thieves I know I am to blame for falling for the scam, even though they had all the information from the lending company itself. They managed to create fake checks and deposit them into my account and withdraw The cashin a matter of minutes. After bank hours, but when I deposit a check even if it’s from the treasury itself, it takes at least a day so now I owe the bank over $4000 and they refused to work with me so any deposits I get goes right to the balance of what I now owe that is not going to put me in debt but as soon as I am out of debt with the bank, I will definitely be looking for a new bank, especially one that Will try to help their customer as much as they can and not just act as oh well shit happens

Not sure I would recommend them after my auto loan experience. But would like to give a shout out to Meghan Rooney. She is exceptional at her job! If it wasn’t for her, they would still be taking $$ from me from a mistake they made. Thank you Meghan so much! You are appreciated🙌
