I recently changed from Bank of America after multiple fraud issues there. My experience with Central One has been excellent. Their loan rates were the best around and the customer service has consistently exceptional every time I’ve come in. Terry Bradt is amazing and Will was also so helpful. I only wish i made the switch years ago!

We could not be happier with Central One! We are thrilled to have joined the Central One family. Outstanding customer service! Unmatched services for members! My only complaint is how late in the day my direct deposit credits. Otherwise, our whole family LOVES OUR BANK!

I finally closed my accounts with them. After almost two years of trying to get my name updated, they haven't been able to resolve this issue. They do not want to help even though I escalated the issue to their supervisor and manager. Noone has yet called me back to resolve this issue. They are great when you don't have complicated issues. When the issue becomes difficult or when they no longer want to deal with you, they just ignore you until you are fed up and frustrated enough to close the account.

I am deeply grateful to Michael Murphy, VP, and the entire Central One Federal Credit Union team for believing in my business and making it possible for us to expand our services to the community. At a time when larger banks treated me like just another number, Mike and his team led with humanity, hope, and compassion — bringing warmth and generosity to a process that is often cold and transactional. Mike even attended my closing on his day off, a gesture that moved me to tears and speaks volumes about the kind of person he is. Central One is the real deal: a bank that truly cares about people and invests in their dreams.

Use to be a really nice place where branch managers remembered who you were. Now I can't even see someone for questions about a mortgage without an appointment. Then when you do get to see someone they just don't return any calls or answer emails. *9/21/2021 - Your call center reps need better training and phone etiquette; I was told by one of the agents that she was ready to go home, and could not generate a payoff letter at the moment. This is very poor member service especially when the agent wasn't off the clock yet. 4/01/2022 - I get fully approved for a auto refinance and all documents submitted. Only to get ghosted with no follow up. A week later I have to follow up only to be told ''oh I thought the loan agreement was sent''...... guess that was April fools on me huh. Come see me when Central One is ready for Workforce Management; this CU can use a 1000% turn around and QA. 11/2024 - This place lies so much now. Showing false interest rates on vehicle loans; you just cant seem to meet the criteria even though you already exceeded them. Its time to move on.....
