If I could give no stars, I would this is one of the worst banks I have Encountered. Terrible customer service, awful management and on top of that when you get hacked, there’s no Communication until it’s too late and then they want you to come all the way down there to report it instead of being able to report it on the app Like other banks allow you to. Avoid at all cost I’ve never seen so many issues with locking accounts for no reason unable to transfer funds from one checking to a savings or Vice versa.

This is one of the worst places to bank and work. Employees are harsh and mean especially under Lucias management style. Employees are unprofessional and improperly trained to do their job so the wait time is longer than expected. Being a member you are always talked down and lack of respect for people and does not treat you well. I just closed out my account and would have given below 1 star if there was any.

Polite enough employees, but they have an insane policy of not allowing you to get more than $10 in quarters and refuse to break larger bills unless you're making a withdrawal, even if you're making a deposit. Defeats the purpose of going to the bank - they're supposed to have all the change you need! So bizarre! Doesn't inspire confidence in their policies or practices.

UPDATE: I'm full on in love with this credit union. Samantha at Naveo saw my review and called me to personally help me troubleshoot my issue and it WORKS NOW! I just deposited a bunch of checks so easily, and it was all thanks to the caring, kind folks who work here. Truly the best. ----------------------------- I LOVED this credit union when I lived close to the branch. The people are so friendly, kind, and understanding - they once cancelled an overdraft fee because it was a first time mistake on my part and I really appreciated their kindness in that sense. However, their app (at least for android) is completely unusable. I can't deposit a check remotely due to an app error that has been going on for longer than a year. This has led me to use a completely different bank for when I receive checks, which is a bummer since I'd prefer to bank completely with Naveo. If they could fix that it would be a major help.
