I have been with ARRHA for about 10 years. Recently, I worked with Michael Kelley. The experience was great! He responded to my questions very thoughtfully and quickly through both phone and email. He is an asset to ARRHA.

I've been with Aarha for quite a while now and the customer service is getting slower each time I need in person service. It's late opening the live teller service. It hours state open for live teller at 8 am and Ive been here now for 18 minutes waiting for live assistance.

I had a car loan through this institution, and I will never use them again. The customer service is not great most times and the level of technology for users is still in the early 2000's. No ability to pay off loans online you have to drive a check or cash to their main branch. It also took many tries to get a simple account to account transfer completed. Lenders be aware you'll have to closely manage each interaction to ensure any level of success.

I've been a customer for over twenty-five years and have seen so many personnel changes. I commemorate the bank tellers for their dedication and commitment, and must of all for their human touch brought to the workplace place in the age of AI.

I was referred to this credit union by a friend of the family. I dealt with a gentlemen name mike Kelley. Honesty. Coolest guy I’ve ever met. Super professional. Super honest. And always looked out for my best interest. Wasn’t pushy. And being new to the process I had a lot of questions and he went over and beyond to make feel comfortable and knowledgeable. Great guy and great credit union. Definitely going back for a mortgage when I’m due.
