We had a wonderful time at Jurassic Quest at the MassMutual Center in Springfield, MA. The ticket prices were very reasonable, and everything felt well worth the cost. The staff truly stood out — they were extremely kind, patient, and great with the kids from start to finish. The ride prices were also very fair, and I highly recommend purchasing the ride bracelet, which covers all the rides and makes the experience so much easier and more enjoyable. The staff managing the rides were gentle and attentive, especially with the younger children. I’ll admit I’m usually not a fan of bounce houses, but these were different. The staff was very attentive, and I really appreciated that there were separate bounce houses for different age groups, which made it feel much safer. My grandson absolutely loved it — he had such a blast that he didn’t want to leave the bounce house at all! We also visited the gift shop, which had so many fun items to choose from. It was hard to leave without picking something up. For parents or grandparents with children 5 years old or younger, I strongly recommend buying the early morning tickets. The kids will have an amazing time, and it’s much less crowded. I noticed that older children started arriving around 1:00 PM, so the earlier time is perfect for little ones. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend Jurassic Quest to families looking for a fun, kid-friendly event.

Always excited to go to a T-birds home game here with everyone here at the thunderdome! Plus my boyfriend and I have attended 2 Lego conventions they have hosted the past few years. Always organized and clean and easy to navigate even on busy game nights or weekends in general. Nice and welcoming staff and security. 😁

More recently, I've been to a Maroon 5 concert here and I brought my 5 year old (at the time) to Paw Patrol Live. It's a nice place

I went with my 3.5 year old son for Jurassic Quest. The venue is great with easy garage parking and a short walk to get inside. On the weekends, there is no metered parking, so we found a spot across from the parking garage entrance for free. It was clean and staff was very friendly. They did an amazing job hosting the dinosaurs! The food was a bit pricey but expected for an arena with a monopoly on the food. The tenders were decent but the pretzel was not so good. I will go there for more events but probably skip the food unless absolutely needed.

Awesome place. Tons to do. Great spa gambling nice rooms nice place went on Tuesday night was really slow there not much going on but sometimes it’s nice ate at scorpion bar great burrito there also ate at whalburgers have eaten at Guy Fieri’s hard rock Café amazing place. I love going there. I feel safe there. The staff there is really good. Also 15 min away from Mohegan Sun. If you’d like to change the.scene for a bit. If I could live there I would. There is also a discount for room if booked 30 plus days in advance.
