I have been a member of Pioneer Valley Credit Union for 3 years always so very nice especially Michelle St Marie always has a smile on her face when you go to the bank inside the hospital always so helpful and pleasant I recently had my rent come out of my checking account two times less than a week before Christmas which wiped out my whole bank account and savings account the company that owns my building was very rude and they said will process it and send me a check I said I have no money and Christmas is next week!! They didn't seem to care.. Well when I went to see Michelle and told her my predicament she proceeded to call Nathan Sheehan and without hesitation he reversed the money back to my account!! Yay Christmas is saved.. LOL just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me..

Every time I have had to interact with anyone on the phone or physically in the bank, I was met with nothing but rudeness from impatient miserable people. Plenty of other banks and credit unions out there. This one is not worth banking with. Then when I finally decided to close my account, the woman was so incredibly rude and couldn’t even say goodbye or have a nice day. Incredibly poor customer service all around.

Today I received the fastest and most professional assistance from both Tamika and Jenny! They carefully listened to my area of concern and quickly identified a solution for me. I was out of there in less than 15 minutes! Lastly, their positive attitudes and customer focused mindset really made me feel taken care of. Even though it was the end of the day and 45 minutes before closing, I was treated like the first customer of the day; amazing! I left with my concern quickly resolved and a few laughs mixed in. Tamika and Jenny have set the bar for P.V.C.U. associates throughout the company!

It really stinks that while they have better loan rates than other options, that they can't have an online banking system that works the way it needs to. It fails to process a scheduled payment so you get a call telling you that you are late, so you reschedule the payment and make it immediately. Then next month they take a double payment because now their system is "fixed" and processed both payments on the same loan. Oh and forget about getting it corrected quickly, they can credit to your internal savings account only, even though it was my external bank the money was withdrawn from. Final option come in to bank and they will give me a paper check... what century are we living in. Too much hassle to deal with this bank until they get their online system working reliably.

Tried to apply for a credit loan, was given little to no help trying to get this process done. Was declined a loan cause they couldn’t contact my employer. Instead of contacting me they declined it. I will be taking my business somewhere else
