Recently had an OutSTANDING experience with Jameson at the Union Streer branch in New Bedford, Ma. Jade is always friendly, courteous, efficient and offers kind greetings that really make the day much brighter. This customer service stands out at a time when it has become a lost art. This was followed up by another visit with Jameson who is consistently positive and remarkably helpful in whatever task I may be asking assistance with. Thank you TFCU for surrounding your branches with quality help like Jade & Jameson!

TFCU Acushnet site. Earlier in the day Janelle was able to answer my questions and was extremely knowledgeable in assisting me to understand an advised saving acct rate at another CU. She helped me to solidify my decision to transfer that account back to TFCU. I have been a custom of AFU/TFCU since 1979. I closed that account and immediately returned to TFCU at which time I am always greeted by the tellers with a verbal welcoming and a smile. Within minutes I was greeted by Shane who assisted me to take out a CD. He was efficient and pleasant during this interaction. I truly appreciate all the staff. Thank you. JCM

Opening an account was so easy. The representative who assisted me was pleasant and professional. Each time I go in to make a deposit, I’ve been assisted by Kaitlynn at the Winthrop Street, Taunton branch. She always has a smile and is very friendly. And the branch is convenient as it is at the end of my street. I’m in the process of transferring all my banking needs to TFed. Great bank!!

The process of simply depositing 7 checks into my account last week was tedious and slow at best. Arranging for cash back in the same transaction had to be handled as a withdrawal. With the advanced technology we have today, you’d think that a simple transaction like this would have been much quicker and more efficient.

The Acushnet branch is always friendly. I have had good experiences there whether with the original Acushnet employees or even from the employees from other branches who have come to the Acushnet branch for a short time. I do love my credit union.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
