I opened several accounts here, it’s was a great experience! Everyone is kind and helpful. It’s clean and organized. I don’t like going inside a bank because it stresses me out but, with this place I felt at ease because it’s small, looking forward to coming back for other banking needs.

Soon after joining the fcu the staff started greeting me by name as soon as I walked in the door. That's never happened with any other bank. They have been spectacular in every banking case. I haven't used anything beyond basic banking yet. No complaints. Only praise.

I don't know who this lady is with the poor review but she clearly isn't talking about tfcu! The customer service at this Credit Union is outstanding! Fast friendly and efficient and 10 out of 10 times will go out of the way to help you out... If you want to bank with a place that knows you by name look no further

It feels like Banks used to feel. The services is fast, friendly and efficient. Remarkably hassle free! They actually smile and make eye contact. My family will never go anywhere else now.

Worst customer service. I have always used small credit unions. One of the benefits is the personal service, but that is lacking here. I have been a customer at this credit union for over four years, and the staff is often rude and inconsiderate. Don't forget to fill out a deposit slip and write your account number on the back of your check! You'll get reprimanded! First off most other banks don't use them, second my old bank used to fill it out for you. I have also used Lowell Bank, now Sage Bank and their staff on Hurd St is always very friendly. I finally switched and closed my account with TFCU and I am much happier.
