It’s been a while since my first review. A lot has changed (in all the right ways). The representatives are fantastic, quick, and timely. I really enjoy banking with them. Only issue (which is soon to be fixed) is their mobile app, horrible interface

I have been a member here for decades. It's a small local credit union where you can call and talk to someone any time you have questions- the staff know you, and are super helpful. It's the personal service that you don't get at big banks. I'll never forget the time I called to check my balance and my friend overheard the conversation... she couldn't believe it was my bank on the other end of the phone because it was like I was talking to an old friend. If you don't want to feel like just a number, then this is a great place. It has changed slightly over the years, but still top notch for that local experience. Keep focusing on that, PCT!

What kind of bank can't issue a new debit card? My debit card was hacked and they told me a week ago they would send me a new one but today they told me they can't issue me a new one because they company they use won't issue them any more. Is this bank failing?

PCT federal credit Union is amazing! We have been a little behind in bills, and don’t have the greatest credit, and they were a life saver, and gave us a small personal loan to catch up, and gave us a chance! The interest is low also! Thank you so much for your help ! We appreciate you!

The bank it self is ok, but their app is horrible. It’s always down and or some sort of issue every time I got to pay a bill. I’ve never seen such a poorly run app.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
