We had a wonderful experience working with Misty from River Valley Credit Union. She was very knowledgeable and informative. My husband and I really appreciated the different scenarios that she had given us to make the best financial decision. Misty was very helpful. We would definitely work with RVCU again. Thank you. I had an excellent experience with the loan department! Even though I didn’t have a co-signer, they worked with me to find the best option and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The staff was professional, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help me get approved. It took me a month to find and purchase a car, and they helped from day 1. I really appreciate the great service and highly recommend this credit union for anyone looking for a loan!
