Joke of a bank. 7 times yes you read that right 7 times I have paid to have overdraft protection yet still I get overdraft fees is 80 and am told I never paid for the protection before. So they stole money from me many times. Locked card 3 times within one month because of a purchase trying to take money out of my card that has been happening for well over a year now but for some reason it’s an issue I got my card unlocked and was told I never contacted them and unlocked it. And now I need an entirely new card. I am now understanding why all of Adrian is leaving TLC Should I even have to mention they constantly have to have customers change pins and cards and passwords because of constantly being hacked. Their security is also terrible

One more than one occasion I’ve had money taken out a month later because even though they gave me a receipt showing my withdrawal, they (even though it showed via app) didn’t apparently take it out of my acct. the last straw is me being on a vacation and money suddenly vanished from my acct. talk to the bank and they heir customer service told me im wrong. It never posted. Even if they’re right it shouldn’t take a month to acknowledge a withdrawal from an actual teller and I didn’t appreciate being called a liar. I wish I could say zero stars
