I was with these guys for a couple years when i started working, i thought they were absolutely amazing until they let somebody who i had vocally and written down they arent allowed access. They allowed her to STEAL 300 DOLLARS OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. When i decided i didnt plan on banking with them, due to that, they were awful. I tried asking questions and all that and repeatedly they walked away while i was mid-talking. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BANKING WITH ANYWHERE BESIDES THIS BUSINESS.

Drag their feet with getting your financial details (needed for me to purchase a home). Missed out on the dream home when rates were great. Drug their feet for almost two weeks for the underdeveloped place in live in now. And I always have issues with them. It's supposed to be a truly free checking account. And it's not. Not to mention I am always calling my mortgage company and they tell me I'm not on automatic pay, but I have to call good Old Graco again today to stop a payment... That's not even due for weeks... Eventually I will be leaving for a different credit union. All this isn't even the tip of the ice berg. Their system will stop petty few dollar purchases but won't stop outside multiple thousand dollar transactions transfers. Company is a joke and I should had switched during my horrible home buying process.

I cant say enough about the Graco Federal Credit Union Staff. They are all amazing!!! The loan Officer, Heidi has gone above & beyond for me several times, along with Stacy/Team Leader. I have purchased 3 vehicles so far & have never had any problems & always have had helping hands from the whole GFC Staff!!! I will always do my banking/business with them!!! Thank you all for your hard work, Sincerely, Jane S.

Had a very discouraging experience today with Graco. Have been a member for 27 years. Yesterday I requested a cashiers check for an equipment purchase out of town. The process went fairly smoothly. Completed my equipment purchase. Next day the seller called to say that check was not signed. I felt terrible. I left work right away and drove 25 miles each way to get the problem resolved. So this is all a fairly innocent mistake, and I understand that this happens. But I feel the bank has some stock in this mistake and asked that they help cover the cost. Ms. Grube simply said she'd give me my $5 check fee back. I explained that I had 50 miles of driving and 1.5hrs of lost time, but I guess that doesn't count for anything. Hero or Zero, I guess today zero.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
