I feel so bad, I cannot remember the young lady’s name that greeted me with a warm friendly smile. I was at the main office 01/30/26 15:41 ET. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. While delivering a feeling of value. Never did she make me feel rushed or that my inquiries were silly. Her service today makes me proud to be a member of AAA CU!! Thank you for your continued service.

Great bank with great people. Leland who used to work there is an awesome human. Katie helped me get my account set up and followed up to ensure I had everything I needed to get rolling. They even gave me an account opening gift which was super nice! Abby helped me consolidate some existing loans to a more realistic and doable rate and man am I super grateful for everyone there. Keep up the good work!

Mandy a teller at the Oscoda Branch was very helpful when I tried to us the ATM. Was running short on cash and on vacation. She went out to see what the problem was and got the people who could fix it. I got the cash I needed and was back on track for vacation. Imagine the service to a member of their credit union!

Professional demeanor, and appearance, patient and determined to complete, set up my new accounts and my CD. I had found Maddie to be very knowledgeable ,, I had a wonderful experience. Totally trustworthy and I felt at ease. Maddie was wonderful to meet and work with, very intelligent and a great Sense of humor with all my attempts to complete my out of state residence // Michigan addresses proof!! .. I highly recommend her and if I still had my “ practice” I’d steal her from the bank!!!
