I've been consistently impressed with HPC Credit Union. The staff delivers that genuine Northern Michigan hospitality you don't often find in banking—friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their operations are efficient and streamlined, and they offer all the modern banking services you'd expect from a forward-thinking financial institution. I highly recommend HPC Credit Union for all your financial services needs.

People at HPC are like family. Very much into getting any issues resolved as if you were family. Love this credit union.

I have been a member of HPC for many years and set up accounts for my sons when they were quite young. They too are still long- time members of HPC. HPC is a wonderful credit union with friendly and helpful staff. Everyone is professional and always ask if there is anything else they can do for you. Great customer service which is very much appreciated.

Absolutely great credit union.would not think of going anywhere else. I have three accounts with HPC two private accounts in a business account. Every time I go there they greet me like they haven't seen me in a year. Their employees are very knowledgeable, very kind and very helpful five stars guys. Great job!.

I have been an HPC client for 35 years with a savings and checking account. On the rare occasions I needed to contact customer service, staff was exemplary with service and very accommodating and kind. I live across the state and have for years but have found a Credit Union that has a reciprocal agreement with HPC here in Traverse City where I can cash checks and put directly in HPC through them. My paychecks go direct deposit in HPC as well. Excellent service.
