Every time I call to talk to someone I just have to leave a message and then I don't get a call back. I have done business with this credit union for years and I can't believe I have to go through so many steps and still don't get a response. I know people that have closed their accounts due to bad business. Do better.

I’m a new member and was having a difficult time navigating a few things on the app. And I lost my pin for my CC Went to their chat message and it was the best response and most helpful people I have ever dealt with anywhere. First Nick, answered all my questions and used some magic so I could call a number and change my pin. Thanks Nick! Then another user error sent me back to chat and I was met with the wonderful Mallory. She also pulled a magic trick that was a financial life saver for me. Mind you, I’m new, and have never once used this credit card since I got it months ago. No hassle, just friendly, helpful, results oriented service. Customer for life. Thank you both again and again.

Excellent credit union to work with. Pleasant employees. Was able to get a consolidation loan as a self employed business.
