I recently had to set up a couple's joint account with Parda Credit Union. My significant other and I had the honor of speaking with Jordan over the phone. Day after day, she was informative and clear, making the experience easy. We were in awe of how communicative and kind she was, even though I was very busy. I have been a member for some time now, and I am so pleased with all the help I get every time. Thank you so much, Parda!

The staff has always been friendly and kind. Helping me with my banking needs. I have and will continue to recommend Parda Federal Credit Union. Their customer service is amazing. Its one of the main reasons I didn't go with Wells Fargo or South State.

I become a Parda member in 2017 and would highly recommend this credit union. All the staff always welcomes you with a smile and are so polite and professional. I no longer work where I become a member, however I have maintained my account and do everything remotely still receiving the same wonderful service. My husband and I needed a small loan so we could consolidate and pay off a couple of higher interest rate debts. Leigh Hope was wonderful and called me with a great PARDA loan offer with a low fix rate. She was very knowledgeable and processed all the paperwork in a very timely manner. The whole process from start to finish was complete within a week and half and the monies will be available within 3 days. Leigh Hope made this such an easy, smooth and pleasant experience even being states apart (I’m in CT and Leigh is in MI) she deserves a big shout out and THANK YOU!!! Kathy / Ray M. Milford, CT

I have been apart of this credit union for over 5 years now & I appreciate all the staff in the office. I had experienced a concern, and Yvette, the manager called me back immediately, listened to my concerns and made everything better. The service she provided was exceptional. She not only helped with my concern, but went over and beyond to turn everything around! All the staff are very friendly and always there to help. They have even offered services to help me and my financial situation. I am glad I am a member here and encourage others who are not, to join as well. You won't regret it. Thanks for everything Yvette and the staff at Parda. You all ROCK!!!!!

I am forever grateful for all Selena Jackson from Parda Federal Credit Union do to all her Parda's customer like me on a daily basis. Selena's prompt replies to emails and phone call follow ups are outstanding, she is willing to help and guide customers like me and suggest things that I wasn't even aware of that are so helpful. And overall how Parda credit union walks with their customers together to meet their financial needs, to go as far as checking the interest rates from other loans from other banks and advised me on how best Parda can help me lower the interest rates. That's a big deal to me. I will move all my bankings to Parda Federal Credit Union soon here because they have really helped me financially and especially with my loans to make it so much easier and the lowest interest you can find out there, in addition to great workers like Selena who are ready to help anytime you call Parda. Thank you!
