I literally went to put three sense through on my ACH direct deposit at around 3 o’clock for today and here it is after 9 o’clock and I am still waiting for this three cents to be put onto my account. This is why I checked it because I’m Really starting to think that there is no direct deposit system at this bank. There is no reason whatsoever that if I deposit anything today with today’s date on it that the ACH does not kick it over to my account let alone three pennies. What if this was a check or something of importance that I because you guys are holding me up on several other aspects by the simple fact that you guys do not have a direct deposit system a direct deposit system does not take this long for anything to go through to your account on the day. It’s supposed to be there, so why does it take over 6 1/2 hours for three pennies to get to my account heaven forbid it be a check for $10,000 or something long will that have to sit 90 days 100 days this is unacceptable and everyone should be made aware that you do not have a direct deposit system. Because a direct deposit system would’ve had that deposited in my account already , but it does not

Not that good and they are not up to date it takes at least 5 to 10 hours for your direct deposit to hit your account they do not offer online banking. They are good in friendly and meanwhile, but it’s like banking in the 90s slow your money is never there when you need it and just make sure life slightly a bit more painful

I have been a member for 20 years. I have had some hardships and they have worked with me and done so without judgement; with empathy and solution focused. I feel GT has always looked out for what was in my best interest financially. I have finance 3 vehicles and many signature loans through them and I have always been been happy.

I've been apart of the credit union for over 20 yrs now, and everytime I go in or go through the drive through all the employees are so so very nice and help you out as much as they can. They actually go out of their way to help the customers out... only bank/credit union I'll ever be apart of. Thanks guys for being there for me when ever I'm in need!!!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Very poor experience. Spoke with Lindsey Rose on 7/3/2017 regarding a lien release. Lindsey let me know that she would have someone in the loan department reach out too me later that afternoon on 7/3/2017 or first thing on Wednesday morning 7/5/2017. There was no returned phone call concerning the lien release. I then spoke with the "CEO" LuAnn Schott. Whom was very rude and was questioning me on why I needed the lien release in the first place. She then let me know I wouldn't be able to receive the lien release by the end of today at 4:30pm. Therefore it's taken over 48 hour to receive a lien release from this credit union. I asked her why my phone call was never returned and she then proceeded to hang up on me. By far the worst member service I have ever received. I can see why the member wanted to move their loans out of Grand Trunk credit union.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
