I financed a car thru a dealer in Big Rapids. The dealer sold it it upside down or believe me I would move the loan. The nearest branch is hundreds of miles away. We pay early, so to understand the complaint. We pay online. That experience has been torture. Moved and payed to Ignite last month. That wasn't smooth. Wrote everything down so it wasn't messed up. Tried this month and guess what? Your information doesn't match our records. There is no public phone number for ignite. Called Blue Ox CU and was #9 in line until I was hung up on. I suspect they have got too big and not enough service reps. Still got time, but do I have to drive down there?

Dustin was very helpful answering any questions I had with an account my mom had me connected to. I have now stopped in there 3 days in a row and he helped me all 3 days. He was very helpful and friendly and understanding with me.

Not pleased with today's visit! Why does the ATM give out 100 dollar bills? I can't spend that easily. So I went inside to exchange that. Surprisingly, there were actually three tellers working today. However, there were eleven of us in the lobby.Waiting to be waited on. Some transactions take a long time.So the line moved very, very slowly, and I was twenty minutes.Trying to exchange the bill. You have space 46 tellers. There are never six tellers working. Also with your new changeover, I called the credit union to ask a question three weeks ago.I'm still waiting for them to call me back. I do not know why I continue to keep my money at Blue Ox.

Last month my wife’s card was compromised filed a dispute never received that money back. This month my card was compromised. Lost my entire paycheck. It has been 2 weeks and I’ve only received half the fraud back…. Incredibly disappointing

Very unhappy with Blue Ox. The new system issued new credit cards. Before I received mine they canceled the old one. Trying to get hold of somebody to talk to. I'm on hold with 12 people ahead of me. Seriously want to get out of this credit union. No customer service.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
