Shout out to Jennifer Cook! I met with her on two different occasions, and she was incredibly helpful in setting up my HSA and business account. She made everything simple, clear, and stress-free. Truly great service!

I would like to say that Veronica Holtz is a great loan officer. We deal with her for all our loans because she is very knowledgeable and polite. There is guy by the name of Chris out of Grand Rapids that is not very nice. Chris is a rude person and shouldn't be working at kccu Thank you!

Many issues at the bank. Usually we can get it straightened... but then the next month experience more issues. Inaccurate records.

Go somewhere else! Never doing business with these people again. They "lost" my debit card in the mail, apparently they lose a lot because they have a 3 month backlog on "lost" debit cards. How does one lose so many cards? Even they don't know. After 4 months, half a dozen visits, strange harassing phone calls from their staff (which from other reviews is standard practice) and did I get a working debit card.....nope. Either this bank suddenly forgot how to bank or they are defrauding their customers. Either way STAY AWAY.

Always have went into the actual branch and have had excellent customer service. I have worked And a call center industry, where getting back with people is a very important aspect of a business.. I have not had any contact from anyone in three days trying to set up some help for myself. Going on a fourth day tomorrow.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
