What kind of bank closes on a Wednesday until noon? Then when I do go in at noon they dont even have a finance officer available?!? Sitting here waiting over an hour... I've already taken too much time off work and they want me to call to make an appointment????? No, absolutely ridiculous.

Been with you guys along time and each time I come to the bank the wait is longer and longer can’t sit 20 mins in the drive thru with no inside. Go inside and I wait another 10 what is the problem here ??? Get it together and you stupid atm fees. No tap to pay it’s 2024 You offer nothing. Other credit unions offer/banks I will be switching

Having an account here is great, but I am soooo frustrated that their debit cards don’t have tap to pay and they aren’t compatible with Apple Pay. This is 2023, and not being able to access my card electronically, is making me consider switching to a different CU. Their service is kind and helpful, but I’m not sure that makes up for the technology gap.
