I had a young lady to brighten my day on the coldest day Bobby Britton . Her service was above and beyond and because she had such great customer service I’m recommending everyone I know to get a bank account at Community Focus . People like Bobby make taking care of business not feel like taking care of business . Thanks and I kept my word “ I told you I was going to leave a Great Review . 🫡🫡🫡🫡🏆

This credit Union is a joke do not put your money in there they overcharged you on everything even if somebody tries to put something through for 2 cents they charge you $30 overdraft fee people do not have this kind of money right now and for families that don't have the money they don't care they keep overdrafting you they don't care about the people that put money in their Bank as long as they are lining their pockets with ridiculous overdraft fees. When you try to explain to them

I became a member when I got my car loan two years ago. It was a rocky start doing business here; the tellers were rather rude and unpleasant to deal with. But, as time went on and staff changed this situation improved. Shelby is an example of a reliable source for excellent customer service and product knowledge. I also enjoy seeing the male tellers (sorry I don't know names) as they are very friendly and easy to talk to. Another plus is the staff are kind to my daughter and recognize her as a person. Too many places forget that children are people too and like to be included.

Daniele the loan officer is the worst, does she even do her job or just lazy? I paid off my car loan through ach payment then patiently waited for a loan release letter after about a month of not receiving one I decided to call and talked to Daniele who told me it will take about 10 days after payment I should receive one, I told her it’s been a month since I paid it off and she said it was due to the ach payment which would take longer to clear on there end, I said ok anyway and waited 10 days still nothing, waited 3 more weeks and decided to call again and this time I talked to Brayden Calhoun which was very prompt and emailed me the loan release letter and mailed it. She needs to be demoted or fired in my opinion.

I came in the other day and it was a great experience! One teller in particular, Bobbie, was the most kind, patient, helpful, intelligent, beautiful soul I’ve ever done business with! I could tell just by speaking to her that her fiancé is the most handsome man to grace this earth with his presence. I appreciate the entire staff in there. Amazing experience!
