I have been a member for many, many years. The credit union has financed multiple vehicle loans, have personal and business accounts with them as well. Everyone has been great to work with. If I see "Josh" working I always try to go to his line. Josh is always very helpful, professional and competent. All associates handle transactions, but Josh isn't robotic. Always a sincere greeting with a smile.... he is exactly what I love about doing business at a credit union.

Had to give them a one star. I would normally give them a five-star rating, but after what I've been going through now for the last month after being contacted by the fraud department about fraudulent charges that are totaling almost $1,000 and I just keep getting hit with a dead end everywhere I'm told to go but nobody can help me or answers. I don't know what else to do no matter who I just keep getting the run around the whole time I wish there was a complaint line or something where I could go and actually give him a piece of my mind then maybe I could get a little bit of help. But doubtful at this point so disappointed so disappointed

I love GLLFCU! Over the years, they’ve treated us incredibly well. The member benefits, programs, and ease of online banking is really what stands out to me. The kids punch card makes it really encouraging and fun for kids to deposit money for prizes- something my 6 year old looks forward to doing each month. Throughout my experience, I have had two instances of fraud with my debit card that was very quickly detected and resolved. I trust where my money is and trust that they are some of the most friendly people in our community! When I gave birth to my second, I even received a letter in the mail with her birth announcement printed and laminated, along with a voucher to set up her own account. This was so wonderful and appreciated. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Wonderful bank, always very helpful when there's issues. My only complaint, I don't like how there's a limit on your debit card pin, and you often have to run your debit card as a credit card with no pin instead. Makes grocery shopping a little annoying, as I have well over the amount in my bank account, but since the purchase amount is say $200, it declines until I run it as a credit card. I understand fraud protection and such, but it seems kinda counter intuitive. And so embarassing when my debit card full of money declines when I just got paid just because of the auto-limit feature.
